This is a rectangular shaped tract that has grown up in mesquites and native brush and grasses. There is a large L-shaped drainage ditch that crosses near the south end and runs along the east boundary. There is a dirt county road (Cemetery Road) on the west boundary and has some low areas near the south end that may not be passable in periods of heavy rain. Records indicate that property pays irrigation taxes but has not accessed irrigation water in over 10 years. Electricity is available near the NW corner of the tract.
