Mayra King is a bilingual real estate professional with residential property management experience. Most recently, she served as an Operations Manager overseeing the management of 180 single-family homes remotely. She built her expertise through firsthand experience and dedication and residential property management is where her experience, strengths, and commitment to serving property owners come together.

At Coastal Realty, Mayra’s primary focus is business development and managing the single-family properties she brings to the company. She is also expanding her role in real estate to include residential and commercial sales. Drawing on her property management experience, Mayra is building relationships with property owners and investors who want to grow their portfolios, maximize their investments’ potential, and have a trusted partner to help manage them along the way. As she expands into these new areas of real estate, she is grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance and mentorship of the Coastal Realty team.

Mayra is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is working toward her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. As an IREM member, she is committed to upholding the organization’s professional code of ethics, a responsibility she takes seriously in every aspect of her work. She is also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in linguistics at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, reflecting her commitment to life-long learning, effective communication, and connecting with people.

Outside of work and school, Mayra is a wife, mother, grammy, and dog mom. She enjoys reading, walking, and is still working toward becoming a runner. Her faith in Jesus guides her commitment to serving others with compassion, honesty, and a genuine desire to help. She is committed to doing things with excellence.
